Private testing. Insulation Field Kit is a pre-release field layout and material-estimating aid developed by Fieldcraft Digital. Features, calculations and availability may change, and the beta may contain errors. These terms apply to the beta; any paid release will show its purchase and renewal terms before checkout.
Temporary Pro access. Purchases are disabled in this beta. A tester grant is free, time-limited and linked to the app customer ID. It does not start a paid subscription or promise lifetime access. Check Settings → Access for the end date. Fieldcraft Digital may renew or revoke a tester grant or end the beta. A revoked grant takes effect when the app verifies it online, or when the existing offline period expires.
Connection and offline use. Network access is needed to verify Pro access. After a successful check, Pro can remain available offline for up to 72 hours or until the grant ends, whichever is sooner. Restarting the phone requires an online check before Pro can be used again. Denying Network permission or losing connectivity does not extend that deadline. Free tools, saved-work viewing and full notebook backup remain available when Pro access ends.
Check results before use. You are responsible for inputs, units, chosen methods, material and machinery allowances, fabrication and installation. Independently check measurements, patterns and material quantities against the actual equipment, shop specifications, employer requirements and applicable standards before cutting, ordering or installing. The app does not replace qualified judgement, supervision or required approvals.
No guarantee of accuracy or availability. Calculations, dimensions, fitting numbers, patterns, counts and estimates may contain errors or omissions. The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability and your rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fieldcraft Digital and its contributors are not liable for loss caused by reliance on incorrect results or inability to use the beta, including wasted material, rework, lost time or interrupted work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
Saved work and backups. Layouts, projects and preferences are stored on your device. Export a full backup before updating, reinstalling or changing devices, and keep independent copies of important work. Uninstalling, clearing app data, storage failure or device loss may remove local work and may create a new tester ID. History cleanup can delete saved layouts according to your settings. A notebook backup does not transfer or restore an access grant.
Access checks and support reports. RevenueCat and, where applicable, Google Play process the app customer ID, access and purchase information, and connection/device information needed to verify access. Saved measurements, projects and notebook backups are not sent to RevenueCat. Connection details are kept as a bounded history for the current app session. You can review and edit a report before copying it, saving it as a text file or opening an email draft. Nothing is emailed automatically. A report you send includes the details you choose to retain; your email provider and Fieldcraft Digital’s Gmail mailbox process the message so we can investigate and reply. Avoid including confidential job information.
Feedback and contact. Report problems to fieldcraft.digital@gmail.com. For connection reports, use the subject “Customer error report”. You can stop participating at any time. We will identify future terms updates by version and date.
