Open the toolkit

For the fitting.
For the whole job.

From a quick measurement check to a detailed shop layout, choose the tool you need and keep the information with the work.

Elbows & head gores

Lay out gore elbows, segmented and reducing elbows, and head gores with reference stations and construction guides.

Tees, laterals & Y branches

Work from branch cut lines and matching run openings. See the seam, the retained material and the reusable negative.

Reducers & transitions

Develop concentric and eccentric reducers, bevels, and centred or offset square-to-round transitions in manageable steps.

Measured valve layouts

Build a body and bonnet from measured dimensions. Round, ellipse, oval and rounded-rectangle profiles cover more field conditions.

End caps & quick tools

One- and two-piece end caps, mitres, cut-and-roll dimensions, bands, fraction calculations and aluminum fitting-cover charts.

A working field notebook

Keep tagged layouts, straight runs, fitting quantities and valve records together. Reopen saved measurements and record the first-piece fit.

A useful handoff

Measure it. Keep it.
Pass it along.

01

Set the dimensions

Use nominal pipe sizes or measured finished dimensions. Check the units, construction method and applicable allowances.

02

Read the drawing

Follow labelled stations, depths and baselines. Where the shape repeats, a highlighted section can save repeated marking.

03

Save the job

Keep the setup, export dimensioned PNG images, or save all related images in one ZIP. Share the measurements with the next person doing the work.

Current image exports are dimensioned references. Full-scale PDF templates, DXF files and CNC output are future development.

At the bench. On the line. In the office.

One toolkit.
Many ways to work.

For field installers and workbench fabrication, basic shops and advanced operations, planners, line techs and estimators. Useful to independent tradespeople, small businesses and large teams.

Measured dimensions and applicable advanced settings also make many of the development tools useful for related sheet-metal work. Choose the right allowances for your material and forming method.
